Whether through the BERSI website or the app, residents, property managers, council members, employees, and service providers in the condominium can perform their tasks and organize their routines in a simple, fast, efficient manner, from anywhere and at any time.

The available features range from managing outstanding bills to opening building doors using the integrations provided in the app. All this with the same login and password, receiving push notifications for important matters, online and real-time access.

With BERSI Administrator, condo living becomes much smarter and peaceful. Features (vary according to the enabled plan):
